They are seeking an excellent KITCHEN MANAGER for one of their top new restaurants. There are great long-term opportunities within this group as they continue to expand their influence in West Africa. Kitchen Manager - Nigeria General Profile: Must have European or International experience Minimum 2-4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Production Manager, or Kitchen Manager Hands-on, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Good verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with all levels of restaurant personnel Responsible for inventory management, including purchasing, storage, quality control, and working with chefs This is a new position, available to start as soon as possible Single status preferred; married candidates are also accepted Salary & Benefits: USD $48,000 - $54,000 annually, net of taxes, including furnished accommodation, transportation, bonus, health benefits, generous vacation, one return flight per year, meals, and visa support.
