From private villa rentals to yacht parties, we specialize in end-to-end experiences for bachelor(ette) groups, families, and destination weddings. Role Summary We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize all inbound marketing channels. Your job is simple: drive high-quality group travel leads who are ready to book concierge services, villa rentals, or events. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing on SEO, paid ads (Meta Google), and email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Develop and own a multi-channel lead generation strategy targeting groups of 6 travelers (bachelor, wedding, family, etc.) Set monthly KPIs for leads and optimize budget across SEO, ads, and newsletter performance SEO Perform keyword research for core services (villa rentals, bachelor parties, destination weddings) Optimize existing content and publish SEO-friendly blog posts that drive qualified organic traffic Collaborate with our content writer (or hire one) to produce guides and landing pages Paid Ads Launch and manage Meta, Google, and retargeting ad campaigns Build lead forms, test creatives, and optimize for cost per qualified lead Report performance, conversion rates, and ROAS regularly Newsletter & Email Funnels Create and manage monthly newsletters and drip campaigns for our audience Segment audience based on trip type, location, and interest (villa rental, bachelor trip, wedding, etc.) Collaborate with sales team to align on lead nurturing goals Qualifications 3 years of experience with proven results (ROI, ROAS,KPIs, etc) C1 or better in English
