Damp and Mould Operative

I am currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join a housing association on a permanent basis covering the Swindon and surrounding areas This role involves working within occupied and void properties, completing repairs caused by damp and mould. As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will receive: 33k Overtime Company Van Fuel Card 25 days holiday Bank holidays off too Discounts off restaurants, hotels and more Tool allowance As a Damp and Mould Operative, you will be: Mould washing and applying mould treatment Painting Installing air vents, air bricks Assisting with insulation installing We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in any of the below: Mould washing Insulation (Loft and internal wall) Rendering Patching Damp proofing General building Installing air bricks, drains, sofits, gutters This role is mobile, so you must have a full driving licence, and be able to complete a DBS check.
