What you will get in your new role * Working hours of 45-55 per week * Staff accommodations available Responsibilities in your new role as Seasonal Head Chef In your role as Seasonal Head Chef, you will lead kitchen operations, crafting and planning menus that highlight both classic and contemporary cuisine. You'll manage staff, coordinate with other departments, and control stock and budgets meticulously. Ensuring top-notch food quality and presentation, while maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to UK food safety and health regulations is paramount. You’ll also closely follow client instructions to ensure all requirements are met. Your personality, experience, and qualifications We are looking for candidates who exemplify high standards and possess a positive attitude, thriving both as team players and a team leader. Ideally, you will have experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, and able to demonstrate your ability to deliver classic contemporary cuisine.
