We are looking for an Onsite Field Support Network Engineer CCNA Certified - Network, who has knowledge and skills in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting in the network data domain. This role will be responsible for providing technical support for Cisco routing, switching, and wireless networks. This is for a Fixed Term Contract (Duration - 6 months). Expected qualifications and critical experiences: CCNA certification or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols. Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds). Ability to troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 network issues. Experience in troubleshooting & implementing core routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MP-BGP, SDWAN, and wireless networks. Experience with Cisco Campus and Data Center switches, including replacing or deploying network devices like Routers/Switches. Experience with WAN protocols & service providers troubleshooting & implementation. Basic knowledge of Cisco Wireless (Access points and WLC). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Provide first-level troubleshooting for network issues such as connectivity problems, device malfunctions, and basic configuration issues. Mandatory Skills and Certifications: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols. Recommended Certification: CCNA.
