Director of Digital Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Ecommerce efforts, driving growth, and development of our digital business. This is a strategic role that requires full management and coordination of all Ecommerce activities through our DTC website and overall digital business channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ecommerce and Digital Business, with at least 6-8 years of experience in leading teams and driving results in similar premium contexts. They will possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and expertise in site usability to optimize the consumer experience. Key Responsibilities : Full responsibility and ownership of Ecommerce turnover and profitability targets. Oversee and coordinate the digital business strategy & execution on Amazon and other third-party customers. Definition of strategic, commercial, and operational plans in coordination with the team Digital Marketing and other Depts involved. Close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to optimize spending, assigned budgets, and achieve traffic, conversion, and profitability targets. Report and analysis of KPIs for monitoring both own and third-party sites' business to identify opportunities to maximize results and return on investment. Requirements : At least 6-8 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Business roles. Experience in coordinating resources and small teams. Team working and collaborative mindset. Strategic mindset, Operations excellence & problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects, complexity, and prioritization in urgent / critical situations. Strong expertise in site usability to optimize the experience and digital journey of consumers. Excellent knowledge of digital analysis tools and CMS competence.
