Our client is a growing High-End Restaurant Group with multiple restaurants in Lagos, Nigeria, transforming the culinary scene by introducing modern food and drink options. They are seeking an EXPERIENCED KITCHEN MANAGER for one of their top new restaurants. This group offers excellent long-term opportunities as they continue to expand their influence in West Africa. Position: KITCHEN MANAGER - NIGERIA GENERAL PROFILE : Must have European or international experience. Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Production Manager, or Kitchen Manager. Highly organized, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with all levels of staff. Responsible for inventory management, including purchasing, storage, quality, and consistency, working closely with chefs. This is a new position, available to start immediately. Single status preferred; married applicants accepted. Salary : $48,000 - $54,000 USD per year, net of taxes.
