Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Host/Hostess located in Venice. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Daily tasks include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, coordinating with staff to manage table availability, and providing exemplary customer service. The position requires maintaining professionalism in communication and phone etiquette.
