A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Legal / Administration BASIC SALARY : R30 000.00 R37 000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years of industry relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong legal background within the property or conveyancing sector Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to perform well under pressure High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with Nedbank Bond processes (advantageous) DUTIES: Drafting and preparing legal documents, including: Sale agreements Transfer documents Bond documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and municipalities Managing timelines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines Handling Deeds Office processes, including tracking lodgements and registrations Collecting and verifying FICA documentation Calculating costs and preparing financial statements related to property transactions Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and correspondence HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 16:30 60-minute lunch break from 13:00 14:00
