Administrator and Activity Organiser We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Administrator and Activity Organiser to join our team at a vibrant game lodge. This dual role combines essential administrative support with the exciting responsibility of coordinating guest activities, ensuring every visitor experiences unforgettable moments. As the Administrator and Activity Organiser, you will be the backbone of daily operationsmanaging bookings, handling communications, and coordinating logisticswhile also planning and executing a variety of engaging activities for our guests. Your exceptional organizational skills and friendly demeanor will be key to delivering seamless service and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations, guest communications, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. Coordinate and schedule daily guest activities, excursions, and special events. Liaise with guides, transport teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation. Maintain up-to-date records and prepare reports as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and responding to guest needs. Assist with general office duties, including invoicing, filing, and correspondence. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in administration, hospitality, or event coordination. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and professional attitude with a passion for guest service. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. Interest or experience in outdoor activities and tourism is a plus.
