Reservationist

This safari camp, nestled in the heart of the bushveld, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join our team. Candidate requirements: Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environment Proficient in using booking systems like Nightsbridge and OTA platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills Have financial awareness invoicing and processing payments Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, telephonic and via email Have a high-level approach to customer service and guest delight Be an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very well Have great interpersonal and people skills Must be able to work well within a team Be able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy Live-out/Hybrid - this is a remote role ONLY for candidates residing in Hoedspruit. You can work from home, but must be able to visit the property once a week.
