Position: Corporate Receptionist Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Our client, a professional services firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role and/or in a corporate environment.Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages as needed.- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.- Maintain a tidy and organized reception areas.Requirements:- At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a front desk/receptionist or corporate setting is required. - Previous customer service experience is required with very strong communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.Please send your resume in Word format to sarah.villarroel@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
