Join Us as Head of Apprenticeships and Business Engagement Were now seeking a Head of Apprenticeships and Business Engagement a confident, strategic, and inspiring leader who will shape the future of our apprenticeship and employer provision. This is a pivotal role, combining operational excellence, compliance, and employer partnership with a deep commitment to learner success. What Youll Do Lead the Colleges apprenticeship, business engagement, and work experience (WEX) provision. Ensure compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted standards, and audit readiness. Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment, including English and maths. Build strong, strategic relationships with employers, awarding bodies, and regional stakeholders. Line manage and develop high-performing delivery teams and curriculum leads. Translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes across apprenticeships and skills. What Youll Bring A strong track record in apprenticeships, employer engagement, and quality assurance. In-depth knowledge of DfE regulations, Ofsted expectations, and curriculum design. Experience leading teams, delivering impactful projects, and building partnerships. A learner-centred mindset with a drive for innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
