Night Shift Engineering Team Leader | Salary: £56,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday - choice of either 6pm-2am or 2pm-10pm Commutable from: Boston, Spalding, Holbeach, Grantham, Sleaford, Bourne, Wisbech, Horncastle, and surrounding areas. We are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to lead the engineering function in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities: Lead and support the night shift engineering team Plan and deliver PPM and reactive maintenance Manage and supervise on-site contractors Perform root cause analysis to minimise downtime Maintain accurate records using CMMS Read and modify electrical drawings Drive continuous improvement and support upskilling Requirements: Minimum 5 years as a multi-skilled engineer in food manufacturing Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Strong electrical background Able to read electrical drawings Experience managing contractors IT literate Join an ambitious company investing in new equipment and infrastructure, committed to growth and strong core values.
