In this role, you will provide comprehensive in-home care, conduct thorough assessments, identify patient healthcare needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement targeted interventions to ensure the best possible health outcomes. Job Details: Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing-Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency Location: Mount Sterling, KY, and surrounding areas Contract Duration: 13-week Contract, possibility to extend upon successful completion Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities Weekend Rotation: Typically one weekend per month (dependent upon territory) Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week Compensation: Hourly pay (not by visit), negotiable based on territory and experience, blended pay packages available for travelers Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Requirements: Active KYRegistered Nurse (RN)License: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Kentucky. Active BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Home Health Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience. Oasis and Homecare Homebase Experience: Proficiency in Oasis documentation and Homecare Homebase software required.
