Travel Interventional Radiology in White Plains, NY

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with oncall Description: Perform special procedures, including interventional imaging and patient preparation. Assist radiologists during procedures; operate, maintain, and care for radiology equipment. Follow established care standards and uphold customer service protocols. Engage in continuing education; take responsibility for assigned clinical duties and areas. Correctly prepare and position patients for examinations based on specific imaging protocols. Review and evaluate completed scans for quality and completeness. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to departmental emergencies. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including equipment and procedural areas. Report equipment issues to Supervisor or Manager. Complete administrative tasks such as answering phones and utilizing EMR and PACS systems. Communicate with front desk staff upon completion of exams. May serve as an instructor or preceptor for new staff. Provide clear education to patients and families about upcoming procedures. Attend regular staff meetings and in-service training sessions. Deliver care to a range of populations including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
