Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our luxury boutique hotel team. Reporting directly to the Owner and as part of the Management team, you will be responsible for leading the effective daily operational management of the hotel services. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating department heads to drive service efficiency, achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets, and foster a memorable customer experience. You will address customer concerns, promote service recovery, and develop hotel budgets and strategic goals. Providing effective leadership to the management team and staff to meet and exceed targets while maintaining high engagement and motivation is essential. You will plan and coordinate service delivery across all departments, control costs, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement. Regular briefings and meetings with the Heads of Department will be held to share guidance, gather feedback, and enhance staff and guest experiences. Requirements: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager at five-star properties Extensive background in Food & Beverage and Room Division Management Strong leadership skills Problem-solving and proactive approach Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility Knowledge of hotel property management systems Excellent communication skills Solid command of English; additional languages are a plus Location: Triveneto J-18808-Ljbffr
