The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key buyers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage luxury leisure sales activities across top source markets, focusing on individual and group business. Partner with Global Account Executives to manage luxury travel agencies and pull-through existing national and regional promotions. Develop a deep understanding of Marriott's value proposition and associated programs and services. Collaborate with the regional team to implement the market's luxury leisure strategy and verify local market alignment with overall account goals. Assist in pulling through business within launch markets and sustaining selling solutions at the property level. Attend trade shows, travel agency shows, and retail agency events to build relationships and drive business growth. Focus on luxury leisure transient and group opportunities from retail travel agencies. Manage all retail and travel management accounts, including those based in source markets that produce sales into the local area. Direct the on-property multi-segment sales effort to achieve hotel revenue goals and proactively target current and new high-value accounts in the market. Closely contract and close individual premium retail, retail, and groups business resulting from strategic selling, negotiating skills, and pull-through tactics. Retrain, expand, and grow account revenue through account growth, margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives in key buying locations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional roles. Luxury Leisure sales experience preferred. Account management experience essential. Computer Skills required. English language proficiency; Italian – Additional language (Spanish) an asset.
