Job Description

Manage the front desk and act as the professional face of CWS for all visitors, clients, and staff Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general inquiries with efficiency and courtesy Provide administrative support to the executive team and various departments Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and internal communication Maintain office supplies, coordinate courier services, and support daily operational needs Ensure the reception area and shared spaces are well-maintained and presentable Formal qualification in Business Administration or Office Management (essential) Proven experience in office administration and executive-level support Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) High level of computer literacy (MS Office, email systems, digital calendars) Valid drivers license (own vehicle advantageous) Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Professional, polished, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
