ABOUT THE BUSINESS This is an exciting time to join a founder-led Asian QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand that is making big moves in London and beyond. With seven stores already open and another three to four launching this year , the business is growing fast. They are now looking for their first-ever HR Manager to build the People foundations for the next chapter of their journey. WHY THIS ROLE A clear growth path towards Head of People as the business scales Full ownership of the People and HR function Direct influence on company culture and ways of working Exposure to the Founder and leadership team The chance to build HR processes that actually work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment A brand with real energy, ambition, and personality WHAT YOU WILL DO As the first People hire, you will lead on: Recruitment and employer branding Setting up HR systems, policies, and compliance processes Supporting payroll alongside the Finance team Designing onboarding and engagement initiatives Driving culture, internal communication, and team development Supporting performance management, L&D, and workforce planning This is a hands-on, build-it-from-scratch role with plenty of variety and scope. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We want someone who is: Proactive, organised, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves Experienced in fast-paced, multi-site environments (experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or start-ups is a big plus) Confident setting up systems and processes Comfortable working closely with Founders and senior leadership Excited by the idea of growing with the business and stepping into a Head of People role in the future THE TEAM RIGHT NOW You will be joining a small but passionate leadership team: The Founder The Finance Director A Payroll Assistant You will shape everything else in the People space.
