The Role We're looking for a passionate IRS, Satellite and AV Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field-based position that requires UK-wide travel, including occasional overnight stays (fully expensed). A fully equipped company vehicle is provided. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain AV, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems at client sites Ensure all jobs are completed on time, to a high standard and within budget Deliver outstanding customer service for high-profile clients Accurately complete job reports and client paperwork using platforms like iAuditor Ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety standards Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management Supervise assistant engineers on site where required Benefits: On-target earnings up to £40,000 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Fully expensed company vehicle (business use) Auto-enrolment pension scheme Paid overtime for hours beyond 8.5 per day Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Opportunities to learn new skills and diversify your experience The Ideal Candidate You'll be an experienced engineer with solid knowledge of AV and broadcast systems, who's comfortable working in varied settings and confident in managing on-site tasks independently. A proactive attitude and a flexible approach to work are key.
