With structure, leadership and investment in place The Role: General Manager You will run your own site with full autonomy, owning KPIs, guest experience, and team performance. Supported by an Operations Manager, you will coordinate front-of-house, barista teams, and the kitchen to deliver an elevated coffee and brunch experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire your team across FOH, baristas, and kitchen coordination Own KPIs: service, sales, labour, and quality standards Drive exceptional guest experience – revamping service culture and consistency Recruit, train, and retain passionate hospitality professionals Collaborate with the Ops and central support team on systems and structure Champion values like kindness, good manners, and curiosity What They Are Looking For Proven Manager or GM experience in quality hospitality (e.g. coffee shop, bakery café, premium casual dining) Strong with customer experience, team leadership, and KPIs Comfortable managing 45-hour weeks and busy, hands-on service environments People-focused leader who builds a positive culture Experience with coffee and brunch service is a bonus — but not essential Able to thrive with evolving processes and make decisions with less structure Values-aligned: kind, proactive, performance-minded Apply now and take your career forward with a brand that puts people first.
