They're on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish. If you're someone who's comfortable leading post-contract meetings, has a sharp eye for cost control, and ideally brings Employer's Agent experience to the table - this could be your next big move. You'll manage cost planning, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on JCT and Design & Build contracts.
