What's on Offer Work on high-impact projects across utilities, energy, transport, and decarbonisation Collaborate with a dynamic team led by an equity partner and board member Clear progression pathways and leadership opportunities Ongoing training and development, including chartership support A culture that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth What You'll Bring Degree-qualified in a construction or engineering discipline (Civil Engineering preferred) MRICS status or working towards it (support available) Strong pre- and post-contract experience in infrastructure/utilities Familiarity with NEC and MF1 contracts Ability to challenge engineers and navigate complex procurement processes A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen Experience mentoring junior team members and leading client engagements The Environment This team blends technical excellence with a vibrant, people-first culture.
