We're looking for a RICS Registered Valuer with experience in residential secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs) who’s excited to help shape the future of property tech. Whether you come from a traditional firm or a startup, if you’re hands-on and impact-driven, you’ll feel right at home. Their small team of seven speaks five languages and values every voice. What You’ll Do Review, refine, and sign off AI-assisted valuation reports using your expertise. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks. Help shape and maintain robust quality assurance processes. Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure our tools meet real-world needs. (No coding required—just curiosity and openness to new ways of working.) ✅ What We’re Looking For RICS Registered Valuer with strong experience in secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs). Comfortable with—or eager to explore—desktop valuations. A proactive team player who’s happy to lead or support as needed. Enjoys both collaborative and independent work. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Passionate about innovation in property valuation.
