Health Savings Account with employer contributions Marriott employee hotel benefits PTO and paid vacation time 401k with a 4% employer match ABOUT THIS POSITION As a full-time Front Office Manager, your typical schedule will primarily be 3 PM - 11 PM Monday - Friday , with weekends and holidays as needed. You will oversee daily operations with a focus on making guests feel at home. From ensuring smooth check-ins to collaborating with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to achieve goals, your passion for hospitality will shine through. Lead a small team, address guest concerns promptly, and be the driving force behind a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. Would you excel in this position?
