We are seeking a self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic busser who is attentive to customers needs, enjoys working as part of a team, in a fast paced environment, to deliver the best service for our guests. Busser Duties and Responsibilities Preparing for guests by cleaning and setting tables Serving water to guests and refilling beverage glasses as needed Placing and replacing silverware as needed Delivering beverages from the bartender Removing guests’ dirty dishes and utensils Delivering used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning Clearing table as guests complete their meals and preparing tables for next guests Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures Busser Requirements and Qualifications Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment Friendly “people-person”; you can tackle every task with a smile Can deliver excellent customer service, assure guests never have to ask for anything Team player; you’re always willing to give and ask for help Works well and efficiently under pressure High school degree or equivalent preferred Flexible with Shifts - Willing to work nights and weekends Physically able to wipe down table tops, chairs, and booths; able to pick up debris from the floor; able to carry 25 or more pounds; able to push vacuum or mop Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift There is always room for growth and opportunities at Mexicali Grill through experience, hard work and the right positive attitude!
