Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager Luxurious boutique hotel seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our management team. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, supervising department heads, and ensuring exceptional service quality. Your key responsibilities include: Driving team performance and daily operations to deliver memorable customer experiences and meet targets; Addressing customer concerns and fostering a culture of service recovery to enhance loyalty; Assisting in developing hotel budgets and strategic goals; Providing leadership to the management team to ensure targets are achieved and staff remain motivated; Coordinating operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations; Controlling costs and analyzing results to identify efficiencies; Holding regular meetings with department heads to share guidance and feedback. Requirements: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent; Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in five-star properties; Extensive background in Food & Beverage and Room Division Management; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Problem-solving skills and proactive approach; Knowledge of hotel property management systems; Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
