What do we look for? BA/BSc degree in relevant fields (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree is a plus) At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with a strong understanding of operational standards and customer expectations Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; open to new ideas and constructive feedback Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills Excellent observational skills to identify bottlenecks and issues Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments What will you work on?
