Nobu Milano is looking for a Reservation Specialist who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the Receptionist Supervisor and the Managers. Responsibilities Respond to the many booking requests that come in through the company's Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and e-mail Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately, with attention to detail and following company policies Collaborate with other Teams to coordinate booking details Deal with changes, cancellations and any requests from prospective guests Contribute to continuous improvement of reservation processes and suggest ideas to optimize efficiency and guest experience Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service
