Website: www.silverpush.com Job Summary: Silverpush is seeking a dynamic and results-driven x2 Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Dutch advertising landscape. You will develop and execute sales strategies, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions to our clients. What You’ll Be Doing ● Create and execute a sales strategy that partners with local agencies and targets independent brands to boost revenue and market share. ● Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with leading brands, agencies, and media partners in the Dutch market. ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major clients and agencies in the Netherlands. ● Collaborate with the global team to develop and present tailored advertising strategies leveraging Silverpush's AI-powered solutions, adapting strategies to the nuances of the Dutch digital advertising landscape. ● Understand client needs and objectives to create customized proposals and solutions that align with their advertising goals and deliver exceptional value. ● Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong negotiation skills. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and emerging market opportunities in the Netherlands, including regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR). ● Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights, including specific analysis of the Dutch advertising market. What You Bring ● A minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in the Dutch market. ● Strong understanding of video advertising / programmatic advertising, and how these technologies are perceived and adopted in the Netherlands. ● Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles. ● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and key decision-makers. ● Strong network of contacts within the Dutch advertising industry, including major brands, agencies, and media partners. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and adapt to changing market conditions. ● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a global team. ● Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software (Salesforce), data analytics, and reporting systems. ● Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in Dutch is highly desirable. Netherlands Market Specific Considerations: ● Deep understanding of the key players and competitive landscape in the Dutch digital advertising market. ● Familiarity with cultural nuances and business etiquette in the Netherlands. ● Ability to adapt sales and communication strategies to effectively engage with Dutch clients. ● Established network of contacts with major media agencies and brands in the Netherlands. ● Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the Netherlands (e.g., GDPR).
