Location: Remote-friendly (Europe) Languages: Full fluency in either Spanish or Italian (and English fluency required in addition) Start date: August/September 2025 About Viqal Viqal is rethinking hotel communication. Our AI concierge runs on WhatsApp, helping guests 24/7 while saving hotel staff hours every day. No app, no install, no hassle. Just fast, scalable automation. We work with hotels across Europe and the GCC — from boutique properties to large hotel groups — all using Viqal to cut costs, boost upsells, and free up their front desk. We're based in Amsterdam and moving fast. You’ll join a focused, founder-led team and help us grow the pipeline from your first day. We have an office in Amsterdam, but this role is remote-friendly. If you're local, you're welcome to work from the office — but it's not required. If you're hungry to learn, ready to speak up, and want to build something real — let’s talk. What you'll actually do This isn’t a “shadowing” internship. You’ll talk to real customers, own your outreach, and influence revenue. You’ll focus mainly on the Spanish or Italian market (depending on your language), but may also support English-speaking prospects across Europe or the GCC. You will: Run intro calls and product demos with hotel managers in Spanish or Italian — and occasionally in English Book and prepare follow-up meetings for the founders and sales lead Do deep market research on hotel groups and PMS tools Research and enrich leads, clean data, and segment prospects in HubSpot Run outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn Help build account-based campaigns for hotel groups (later stage) Keep deals, contacts, and pipeline clean in HubSpot Get hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales, from cold outreach to closing ✅ You’re a fit if: You're fluent in Spanish or Italian ( and fluent in English in addition) You’re based in Europe You're confident speaking with customers — not afraid to pick up the phone You’re in your final year (or recently graduated) from a commercial, business, or Hotelschool Bachelor’s-level program , or equivalent You write clear, concise messages in both languages You’re structured, curious, and able to handle autonomy You’re motivated to break into B2B sales — Tech, SaaS & AI is where you want to be Bonus : you've worked in hospitality, sales, or customer service What you’ll gain: Real sales experience that actually moves revenue 1:1 coaching from founders with SaaS startup experience Access to tools like HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Nav , and the latest AI-powered sales tools Experience working in an AI-native company — you’ll learn how to use advanced tools to work smarter, not harder Full view into how a fast-moving startup lands and expands customers Strong referral career support if you deliver A real shot at a full-time offer Compensation: €300/month base performance bonus up to €500/month based on closed revenue.
