This position plays a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests/residents. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for cleanliness, and experience in housekeeping, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff activities Inspect rooms, public areas, and work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Assign duties and prepare schedules for housekeeping personnel Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate departments Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of cleaning techniques and health/safety standards Flexible with working weekends and holidays, as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or residential facilities Bilingual is a plus To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to qualityinn484@gmail.com
