Description Outstanding Opportunity for an Adolescent Medicine Specialist/Fellowship Program Director at Prestigious Children’s Hospital in Miami Nicklaus Children's Hospital, a 325-bed freestanding children's hospital and ACS-verified Level 1 pediatric trauma center, and Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists, the physician multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children's Health System, are seeking a board-certified Adolescent Medicine Specialist/Fellowship Program Director. The Adolescent Medicine Fellowship Program Director will lead in the development of the program, including, but not limited to: * Recruitment of trainees * Establishment of curriculums * Oversight of academic research * Implementation of resources About the Division of Adolescent Medicine The Division of Adolescent Medicine is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive and confidential care to teens. Care is offered in specialized areas including eating disorders and adolescent gynecology. The team helps teens navigate adolescence in a nurturing environment in which they can feel comfortable discussing their changing bodies, while also treating various illnesses and offering preventive care. Academic Affiliation Employed staff benefit from affiliations with our educational partner, Florida International University (FIU). This position includes an appointment to the Faculty of FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
