Financial Controller – Amsterdam (On-Site) | €5,000–€6,000 10% Bonus I’m working with a leading lifestyle hotel in Amsterdam, known for its creative design and high-volume operation. They’re looking for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function on-site, working closely with the GM and group finance. This is a key role for someone hands-on, analytical, and confident managing end-to-end hotel finance. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary €5,000–€6,000/month depending on experience 10% annual performance bonus On-site role with flexible hours (start between 8:00–10:00) Travel reimbursement and parking spot available Strong brand, ambitious team, and exposure to group-level reporting Opportunity to shape finance processes post-transition Your Experience: Must-Haves: Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant in hospitality Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written) Able to handle CIT returns, city tax, statements, cash flow, and reporting Comfortable working solo and owning the full finance function Confident building budgets, forecasts, and working with auditors Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam Oost 5 day’s per week.
