Gastroenterologist Washington State Position Highlights: Hospital-Employed: Full-time gastroenterology physician Work/Life Balance: 4-day work week; customize your weekly office/GI lab schedule and call coverage Turnkey Position: Immediate ramp-up, 3-4 month wait period for new patients Ideal Work Environment: Epic EMR with integrated AI virtual scribe Compensation & Benefits: Earning Potential: $1,000,000 Starting Salary: $705,000 wRVU Bonus: $78 per wRVU Student Loan Repayment: $200,000 Signing Bonus: $100,000 Relocation Bonus: $20,000 Paid Time Off: 42 days pto annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays CME: $4,000 annually Health/Dental/Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents Pension: Annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary) Qualifications: Degree: MD or DO Certifications: BE/BC in Gastroenterology Licensure: Must have or be eligible to receive a medical license in Washington State Skillset: General or Advanced GI physicians are welcome to apply Experience: New grads or experienced GI physicians Sponsorship: J1 and H-1B eligible About the Community Top Ranked State: Washington Best Economy by Wallethub Affordable Living: Housing costs 37.6% below the median in Washington ; new developments and acreage available Outdoor Recreation: Over 300 days of sunshine in a community known for its outdoor recreation and natural beauty; popular parks, hiking trails, and fishing destinations that attract visitors from around the region Prime Location: 90-minute drive to Spokane and 2.5 hours to Seattle Job Reference: GI 24993
