Job Description Job Description Real Estate Associate Attorney – Dallas or Salt Lake City Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of commercial real estate law experience to join a highly regarded national law firm in either its Dallas or Salt Lake City office. Key Responsibilities: Handle a range of commercial real estate and financing transactions, including projects involving mixed-use developments, office spaces, multi-family housing, retail centers, hotels, and resorts. Draft and negotiate key documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, licenses, easements, CC&Rs, and property management agreements. Collaborate directly with partners and clients on sophisticated matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Support transactions involving real estate development and joint ventures (prior experience a plus but not required). Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school. 3–5 years of relevant law firm experience in commercial real estate. Admission to the bar and in good standing in the state corresponding with your office location. Strong drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills. Motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Compensation: Salary range: $260,000 – $350,000, depending on experience and location.
