Functieomschrijving What Will You Do?As a Machine Operator, you are essential to the daily operation of our production line. You set up machines correctly, keep them running smoothly, and deliver highquality results.Your responsibilities include Preparing machines for production and setting parameters Operating and monitoring the production process Quickly resolving minor technical issues or deviations Reporting malfunctions or product defects to supervisors Participating in improvement projects and efficiency initiatives Following hygiene, safety, and quality regulations Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and orderly. You will work in a threeshift system, contributing to consistent output and continuous improvement. Functievereisten What Do You Bring?We are looking for someone who is reliable, detailoriented, and eager to work in a technical setting.Your profile Mbo level of education or similar working/thinking level 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator (or comparable role) Good command of English or Dutch Willing to work in 3 shifts Strong communication and problemsolving skills Technical interest and handson mentality A proactive and safetyfirst mindset.
