Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual (English & Spanish) Physical Therapy Tech / Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role will support our physical therapists with patient care activities and also manage front desk responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment setups. Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment. Greet patients, check them in/out, and schedule appointments. Answer phones and manage patient communications in English and Spanish. Process intake forms, verify insurance, and maintain patient records. Help with basic clinic organization and daily tasks. Qualifications: Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required). Friendly, professional, and able to multitask. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in a medical or therapy office preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software). Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, flexible hours) Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding clinic
