Job Description Job Description Clayton Services is searching for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a thriving company in Southwest Houston. Reporting directly to the warehouse manager, the Warehouse Forklift Operator will be responsible for ensuring that products are moved and tagged properly in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities also include assisting the warehouse manager in maintaining the warehouse. URGENT NEED: QUALIFIED CANDIDATES CAN START IMMEDIATELY! Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.50hour OT Shift: 2nd - 4:00 pm to 2:00 am Benefits: Full benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period. Warehouse Forklift Operator Duties & Responsibilities: Load and unload goods Ensure that the correct quantity has been received by comparing the received goods with information on the work order Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information Ensure that delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of the completed order Make sure that all goods are labeled properly using an appropriate lot and item numbers Isolate and report any broken or damaged goods at the time of order picking Record movement of goods using barcode scanners Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly every day Warehouse Forklift Operator 2nd Shift Skills & Qualifications: Teamwork Coordination Time Management Reporting Skills Inventory Control (ability to lift 50 lbs.)
