Position Overview As a Field Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Leap’s market presence. You will help generate quality pipeline and close new revenue focused on businesses in the Roofing, Windows, and Home Remodeler industries. This role will be supported by our Business Development Representative (BDR) team to provide qualified leads and will also receive inbound marketing support within your assigned territory to help drive pipeline generation. You will be expected to self-source between 65-75% of your new revenue generation on a monthly basis, leveraging your prospecting skills alongside this support. You will work closely with our Partnership team to leverage introductions with key accounts.You will gain exposure to the sales process and work cross-functionally with many segments of our team including Senior Management, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product & Engineering, Services & Support, etc. You will work closely with Senior Sales Leadership to develop targeted prospecting strategies across your assigned markets. Responsibilities Prospect and Generate Leads: Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting named accounts, self-sourcing 65-75% of your monthly new revenue generation, while leveraging support from BDR-qualified leads and inbound marketing efforts in your territory. Run discovery calls, demos, on-sites, and follow-ups. Partnerships : Build relationships with local materials integration partners by demonstrating Leaps value propositions and ideal customer profile to drive account introductions and referrals Qualify Opportunities : Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualification calls to understand the business requirements and pain points of potential clients Consultative Selling : Present Leap’s differentiators effectively, tailoring presentations and demos to the specific needs of each prospect Pipeline Managemen t: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the Partner, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer onboarding and success Customer Feedback : Gather and relay market insights and feedback from prospects to help refine Leap’s product offerings and go-to-market strategy Represent Leap : Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Leap and build a strong professional network Qualifications Sales Experience : You must be fearless on the phone, and in-person in initial outreach & follow-up with accounts over time. Software/SaaS experience or other related tech based experience a plus Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the home improvement or services sector, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner Consultative Approach : Strong ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports Self-Motivated : Highly driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Travel: This position requires regular travel; candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain active automobile insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
