We're seeking an experienced, compassionate ER RN to deliver exceptional patient care in our fast-paced, state-of-the-art emergency department. Core Responsibilities: Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups and acuity levels Perform rapid patient assessment, triage, and implementation of life-saving interventions Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional patient care standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Execute individualized care plans and continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness Coordinate patient care with physicians and hospital departments Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education Required Qualifications: Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact license Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ED, ICU, or PCU) Paramedic experience highly valued Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellence in multi-tasking and priority setting Required certifications (must be obtained within specified timeframes): ACLS (90 days) BLS (30 days) ENPC (6 months) PALS (90 days) TNCC (6 months) Why Join Our Team?
