Job Description Job Description Location: Dallas, TX Job Type : Full-time Salary: $27-$28 per hour About the Role Are you looking to join a well-established law firm? We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dallas. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression Oversee conference room reservations, set-ups, and maintenance, ensuring all meeting spaces are properly prepared and cleaned Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative needs Qualifications & Skills 2 years in a receptionist or front desk role Previous experience working in a law firm or legal services environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, disability, or military status.
