In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, creating and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, delivering wound care, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required to ensure effective care coordination and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Contract Details: Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing, a Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency Location: Covington, GA, and surrounding areas Duration: 13-Week Contract, with possibility of extension Schedule: Full-Time, Scheduled 40 Hours per Week - no guaranteed hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasional weekends, and on-call Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on territory and experience, blended pay packages available for travelers Benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week Mileage: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles expected per week Requirements: Active GeorgiaRegistered Nurse (RN)License Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience. At least 1 year of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) experience. Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase. Oasis certified strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
