Sales Director Hiring Immediately

Job Description Job Description An all-in-one well-known bookkeeping firm based in Houston is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join their growing team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to strategic growth. Responsibilities: Creating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Engage with inbound and outbound leads, following up regularly and strategically to convert into active clients. Close deals with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and repeat business. Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients. Identify and create strategic partnerships that support brand growth and new business development. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Organize and maintain a structured sales schedule including calls, follow-ups, and meetings. Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Travel 1–2 times per month to attend meetings, events, or site visits based on business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate work experience Proven experience in a sales role (hospitality industry experience is a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficiency in accounting software, Restaurant 365, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
