Job Details: Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Medford, MA, and surrounding areas Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week - 32 hours guaranteed Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month) Productivity: 25 per week Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget, blended pay packages available for travelers; common range is $50-$58 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days Mileage: 48c Mileage Reimbursement visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled Requirements: Experience: Prior agency home health experience is essential Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required Licensure: Active Massachusetts RNLicense Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification fromAmerican Heart Associationor American Red Cross, Oasis Certified strongly preferred Transportation: Must have reliable transportation Location Details: Situated just a few miles north of downtown Boston, Medford is a vibrant city that seamlessly combines historic charm with modern amenities.
