Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including CRM updates, proposal preparation, and contract tracking. 2.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients. 3.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. 4.Support the execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and promotional activities. 5.Help analyze data to improve sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). 6.Communicate with existing and potential restaurant partners to support business needs and ensure satisfaction. 7.Track and follow up on leads and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. 8.Provide logistical and coordination support for partner training and meetings. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 2.1–3 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or administrative roles—preferably in the tech, food delivery, or e-commerce industries. 3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 5.Fluent in English and Portuguese.
