Blue Diamond Resorts Values We are currently seeking a General Manager for Royalton Luxury Resorts. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, brand alignment, and an inspiring work culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive operational excellence, profitability, and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with brand standards and quality benchmarks. Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement and development. Collaborate closely with regional and corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years as General Manager in a large-scale, all-inclusive resort. Strong background and hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, with a clear understanding of high-volume service environments and culinary standards. Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and service excellence. Deep understanding of the Caribbean and/or Latin American hospitality market. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative and hands-on approach. Expertise in budget management, cost control, and strategic planning. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead multicultural teams. A commitment to sustainability, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
