We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Estate & Guest Experience Manager — someone who can run our property like a private estate and orchestrate the magic behind the scenes. If you’ve managed a luxury villa, estate, retreat, or event production and have an eye for detail that misses nothing, we want to meet you. Your Mission Start each day with a quick team huddle and “call sheet” to align on guest count, activities, and special touches. Walk the property with a perfectionist’s eye — noticing what needs to be fixed, cleaned, or made more beautiful. Coordinate across all departments — housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, kitchen, and activities — to make the day flow seamlessly. Ensure events and activities are perfectly set up, on time, and adjusted for guest needs, weather, or last-minute changes. Anticipate guest needs before they arise and create an atmosphere that delights at every turn. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has experience in private estate management, luxury villa operations, retreat coordination, or event/production management. Is a clear communicator and natural problem solver. Speaks English (Spanish is a big plus).
