IT Manager

For our client, a leader in the Hospitality industry, we are looking for an IT MANAGER The IT Manager will report to the Group CEO and will be responsible for the strategic management of the IT department across the entire group (more than one luxury hotel) and for a digital transformation project. The position is based in Lombardy. Main responsibilities Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all IT infrastructure and applications, including related projects Managing an internal IT team and external outsourcers Analyzing the current IT structure and processes, and defining transformation initiatives for implementation Managing the IT budget for projects Providing user support when necessary Leading the strategic digital transformation process Recruiting and selecting new IT resources Profile Strong IT technical background Experience in IT management and project management Experience in team leadership Hands-on approach Experience in the hospitality or luxury goods sectors Proficiency in English Job location: Lombardy, Como area J-18808-Ljbffr
